Another change, I keep tweaking it to get this mixture right.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter & Molasses Granola 2.0

4 cups oats, rolled
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
1 cup almonds, raw
3 tablespoon sesame seeds
3 tablespoons flax seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
1/3 c molasses, black strap
1/2 cup peanut butter, organic, (no sugar added) creamy
3/4 cup raisins, golden or regular

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter & Molasses Granola 2.0

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

  3. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, molasses, and butter, and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Maybe more, maybe less, just make it liquid.

  4. Pour the warm liquid over the dry ingredients and stir. Combine well.

  5. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet, and spread the granola mixture onto the sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes, stirring half-way through.

  7. Cool on a wire rack. Add the raisins.

  8. Store in an airtight container. Makes 8 cups, 16 1/2 cup servings.
