Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter & Jelly Muffins

1 egg
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups flour, whole wheat
3 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter & Jelly Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the first five ingredients.

  3. Next, add the remaining ingredients until moist.

  4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 fulls.

  5. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.
