Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Ice Cream

1 pint heavy cream
12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup whole milk

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Ice Cream

  1. Mix peanut butter, milk and sweetened condensed milk. Set in the freezer to chill while whipping the cream.

  2. Use a mixer or food processor to whip the cream till peaks form. Do not overmix.

  3. Fold whipped cream gently into the milk & peanut butter mix until well combined. Pour into individual serving containers and freeze.
