delicious homemade PB ice cream. best served sundae style, with a jelly, chocolate or caramel sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Ice Cream

724 g 2% milk
198 g peanut butter
112 g honey

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Ice Cream

  1. Bring the milk, honey and mashed banana to a boil. Then remove it form the heat and whisk in the peanut butter, until it is smooth and completely incorporated (it takes a couple minutes). Transfer to a glass bowl, cover and put in the fridge until it is chilled. Takes about 2 hours.

  2. Churn/Freeze according to manufactures instructions.

  3. Can swirl in jelly, chocolate or caramel before freezing, if desired.
