Homemade peanut butter granola. Great for snacking!

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Granola

1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup peanut butter
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice
1/4 cup walnuts
1/3 cup raisin
1/3 cup craisin
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl combind oats, cereal, and coconut.

  3. In a small sauce pan, over medium low heat, throughly heat peanut butter, honey and cinnamon.

  4. Remove from heat stir in vanilla.

  5. Pour peanut butter mixture over oats mixture, combind well. Use hand if neccessary. CAREFULL, IT'S HOT!!

  6. Spread in to large baking dish or medium roasting pan, and bake 35-40 min. Stir a couple time while baking.

  7. Turn off oven, add fruit and nuts to granola.

  8. Place back in oven until cooled.

  9. Store in covered container
