Makes 12 half cup servings. Great as a snack, or served with vanilla yogurt and banana slices.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Granola

3 cups rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Granola

  1. Combine first four ingredients and set aside.

  2. Cook remaining ingredients over medium heat for three minutes.

  3. Stir peanut butter mixture into oat mixture then spread in a single layer on foil lined cookie sheet.

  4. Bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
