Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Granola

1/2 cup apple cider
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups rolled oats, old fashioned
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped dates

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In a large saucepan, add cider, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Heat over medium until the peanut butter has melted, stirring often. Remove from the heat and mix in oats and almonds.

  3. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet lightly coated with nonstick spray. Bake, stirring occasionally, until light golden - about 15 minutes.

  4. Stir in cranberries and dates - continue baking until golden and fragrant, about 15 minutes more. Remove and place the baking pan on a wire rack to cool completely
