natural healthy snack and easy to alter to taste

Recipe Ingredients for peanut butter granola bars

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup wheat germ
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup wheat flour
3/4 cups raisins
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 cup sweet potato
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup natural peanut butter

Recipe Directions for peanut butter granola bars

  1. mix all ingredients together

  2. spread in 9x13 pan

  3. bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes until edges are golden

  4. let cool for 5 minutes then CUT BEFORE completely cool
