Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fudge

3/4 cups butter
3 cups sugar
5 ounces evaporated milk
16 ounces peanut butter
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Fudge

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in a heavy 3 qt sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly to keep from scorching. Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat. (Make sure it boils for 5 minutes, that is the secret). Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted. Stir in vanilla and marshmallow cream. (Nuts, too, if desired). Mix well. Pour into foil covered, greased cake pan. Let cool to room temperature and score with a knife. Refrigerate until cooled and cut with large knife.
