Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

16 oz Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
4 oz Peanut Butter, Smooth Style

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

Blend together peanut butter and yogurt with a mixer. Mix on high for one minute to whip. You can substitute Nutella, almond butter, etc. or reduce the portion of peanut butter to reduce the calories. One serving is approximately one ounce.
