Recipe Ingredients for peanut butter filled brownie cup cakes

3/4 cups unsalted butter
8 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cups sugar

Recipe Directions for peanut butter filled brownie cup cakes

  1. heat oven to 350* line muffin tins

  2. make brownies first using first 8 ingredients

  3. cut butter into 1/2 inch pieces and place in top of a double boiler as butter melts sprinkle chocolate evenly leave mixture over heat for 5 minutes then stir or whisk until smooth

  4. combine sugars into large mixing bowl add eggs beat until well blended blend in vanilla extract. add cooled chocolate.

  5. blend flour and salt into medium bowl.. add to chocolate mixture mix until no streaks of flour remain

  6. set aside

  7. combine peanut butter, cream cheese, egg ans dugar into medium bowl.. beat until evenly blended.. it should be like whipped peanut butter, if not add more peanut butter.

  8. fill muffin papers about half full with chocolate mixture, place 2 teaspoons of PB mixture into center, cover with another spoonful of chocolate mixture

  9. bake just until well risen and cracked on top, about 20 minutes. transfer pans to cooling rack and cool for 30 minutes.. remove brownies form the pan and place on the rack to finish cooling
