Light and fluffy peanut butter scones. I used PB Loco Raspberry Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter for variety.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Drop Scones

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar, light brown
1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup milk, skim
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce semisweet chocolate

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Drop Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. In one mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar and baking powder. Melt butter and stir into flour mixture until crumbly.

  3. In a seperate mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.

  4. Add mixtures together and stir.

  5. Chop up chocolate and stir into dough.

  6. Drop by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet.

  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
