I found this on a random "what is your go-to breakfast" website survey. It looked tasty. It's high calorie, so probably should save it for a post workout breakfast! **Note: This also requires Kellogg's Smart Start Cereal. I couldn't figure out how to get it listed on the recipe (kept getting a red or yellow flag), so I am just adding it separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut butter delight

1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1 med banana
1 tsp ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Peanut butter delight

  1. warm PB & honey in the microwave. add sliced bananas, ground flax seed and Smart Start Cereal and enjoy.

  2. *As you can see the directions are vague. I am going to crush the cereal up a bit. Once I try it, I'll try to remember to come back and update the recipe with any changes.
