Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter, Date & Oat Bites

130 grams Peanut Butter, Crunchy (Green Choice)
90 grams Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
20 grams Oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter, Date & Oat Bites

  1. In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter and chopped dates (if lazy like me finely chop the dates in food processer) until well-mixed. Fold in the oats and mix until fully incorporated.

  2. Using a mini ice cream scoop or small spoon, scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls using your palm (alternatively form into 6 bars at 40g each - the caloriecount will then be at 178 kcal per bar).
