Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Date Cookies

2 stick Butter
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 large Egg, Whole
4 oz Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
8 oz Chopped Dates

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Date Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar together. Then, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, cinnamon, and wheat germ. Stir in oats and dates.

  3. Drop by rounded tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
