Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

3/4 cup lowfat milk
1/2 small banana
1/2 tbl crunchy peanut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp imitation vanilla

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

  1. Combine all ingredients with 3 ice cubes in blender. Add 1 tbl sugar free chocolate syrup (15 cal/tbl) to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
