Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cup Bars

3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine, melted
6 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup confectioner's sugar
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Cup Bars

  1. Combine peanut butter, 1/4 cup margarine, graham crackers and sugar in a bowl and stir until well combined. Spread into bottom of an 8x8 glass dish.

  2. Melt 1/4 cup margarine with 8 oz. chocolate chips in saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and melted. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate until the topping is hardened.
