Low Fat Low Sugar Peanut Butter Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cookies

1.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
48 grams SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
8 tbsp Light Stick
1 oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
8 tbsp dry PB2
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg, White
1 serving Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Cookies

Heat oven to 375. In a large bowl, cream sugar, brown sugar and margarine. Blend in peanut butter, milk, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten balls in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
