Yummy peanut butter cookies without eggs, sugar and butter

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup unbleached flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Syrups, Maple
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
8 tbsps Super Chunk Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In a flat vesset combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, olive oil, and vanilla. Stir until combined. Pour the flour mixture over the peanut butter mixture and stir until barely combined - still a bit dusty looking. Let sit for five minutes Now drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Press down on each one gently with the back of a fork. Bake for about 15 minutes or till the biscuits start looking a golden brown - don't over bake or they will be dry. Let cool five minutes and transfer to a cooling rack
