Recipe Ingredients for peanut butter cookies

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup splenda sugar blend
1/2 cup brown sugar splenda
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for peanut butter cookies

  1. Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in eggs.

  2. In a separate bowl sift together flours, baking powder and baking soda. Stir into batter. Put batter into fridge for 1 hour to chill.

  3. Scoop out 1 inch balls with cookie scooper. Flatten ball with a fork in a criss cross pattern. Bake in preheated 375 oven for about 9 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
