Gluten and dairy free bite-size peanut butter cookies.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 eggs

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Cream together peanut butter and sugar.

  2. Mix in baking powder then egg, blending well.

  3. Scoop by teaspoons and form into balls (Optional - roll in sugar). Place balls on parchment-lined cookie sheet and press flat using fork

  4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. They should be cohesive but soft. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for at least 5 minutes, then move to rack and continue to let cool for 15 more minutes.
