this was a peanut butter granola recipe and I added coconut so you can leave it out if you want to.

Recipe Ingredients for peanut butter and coconut granola

4 tbsp. Fresh Roasted Peanut Butter
4 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oats
1/2 c coconut

Recipe Directions for peanut butter and coconut granola

  1. ?Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. ?Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

  3. ?Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl and microwave until peanut butter melts (approximately 20 seconds). Stir.

  4. ?Stir cinnamon and vanilla into peanut butter and honey mixture.

  5. ?Add oats and coconut and stir until oats are completely covered in peanut butter mixture.

  6. ?Spread out oat mixture onto prepared cookie sheet and bake for 7 ? 8 minutes until granola is slightly browned.

  7. ?Let cool until granola is crunchy.
