1 medium banana, peeled
1 1/2 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla
1 cup chocolate milk, fat-free
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter-Chocolate Smoothies

  1. Cut banana into 1-inch pieces; place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze about 1 1/2 hours or until frozen.

  2. In a blender combine frozen banana pieces, frozen yogurt, milk, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
