This is a high protein/high fat microwave cake

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut butter/chocolate microwave cake

1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 tbsp Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
1 oz Syrup
5 packet Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Peanut butter/chocolate microwave cake

  1. Add all the dry ingredients in a mug

  2. mix well with a fork and add the torrani syrup

  3. melt in a microwave the peanut butter and coconut oil

  4. Add to the mixture,

  5. Add the egg and heavy cream

  6. mix well and microwave for 2 minutes. Enjoy

  7. mix well
