Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, applesauce, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed and chocolate chips.

  2. Lightly press mixture in 9x13 pan and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes and cut into bars. Cool completely before serving. Makes 24 bars.
