8 g Cocoa Powder
6 g Splenda

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Peel banana, break into 3 or 4 pieces, and freeze overnight. Combine frozen banana, milk, cocoa powder, and 3 packets of Splenda in blender. Blend on lowest speed until banana is chopped up, then increase speed to medium high until smooth and frothy.
