Peanut butter and chocolate chip granola bars, oat based

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chip Granola Bars

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 dash of salt
1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Chip Granola Bars

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees, lightly coat an 8x 8" baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. Mix all ingredients together until combined.

  3. Press batter into the baking pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

  4. Cool and cut into 9 squares.

  5. Recipe can also be doubled and pressed into a 9x13" pan.
