Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chicken

3 pound chicken, bone in
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk, 2%
1/2 cup flour
1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Chicken

  1. Stir egg peanut butter, salt and pepper together to blend.

  2. Beat milk into peanut butter mixture until thoroughly blended and smooth.

  3. Cut chicken into 8 pieces; rinse in cold water and drain.

  4. Put flour in a plastic bag and shake chicken piences to coat.

  5. Dip chicken pieces in butter, coat with cracker crumbs.

  6. Place chicken piences in lightly greased baking pan. Drizzle melted butter on top of each chicken piece.

  7. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for one hour or until tender.
