Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cake

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup splenda
1/3 cup (egg beaters) egg substitute
1 cup (gold medal) whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 dash salt
3/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Cake

  1. Cream peanut butter, applesauce, and sugar

  2. Add eggs and mix well

  3. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture and mix well

  4. Pour in 9" baking pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 min

  5. For a frosting cream 1/3 cup peanut butter, 3 tbsp margarine, 3 cups confectioner's sugar, 1/4 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla-- or modify
