1 cups all-purpose flour
1/6 cup sugar, about 5 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter. Pour into a greased 8 by 4 by 3-inch loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Serve with your favorite jam
