Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Biscuits

200 grams Peanut Butter, Chunk Style
225 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, Whole
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

  2. Blend peanut butter and sugar in a blender until thoroughly mixed.

  3. Add egg and baking powder and mix for further two minutes or until blended into a dough.

  4. Roll the dough into little balls and place on a butter baking sheet. Flatten each one a little with a fork.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly browned. EAT AND ENJOY.
