Beef stir fry with peanut butter and chili sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter & Beef Stir Fry

2 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
191 g steak
250 g medium egg noodles
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 carrot
4 spring onions

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter & Beef Stir Fry

  1. Combine peanut butter (chunk), sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and 100ml boiling water to make sauce.

  2. Cover noodles in boiling water and leave to soften

  3. Finally chop vegetables and stiry fry in little oil with ginger & garlic. Add thinly slice lean steak.

  4. Add cooked noodles to wok and add sauce.. combine and serve!
