You can't tell that you used Splenda, but make sure its the baking blends !

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Bars

1/4 cup Brummel & Brown
1/4 c. Splenda baking blend
1/2 c. Splenda brown sugar baking blend
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1/4 c Splenda baking blend
1/4 c. peanut butter
4 T milk
7 oz. chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Bars

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix in oatmeal, flour, salt and soda. Put in greased 9x13 pand, patting firmly. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

  2. When cool, Mix 1/4 cup Splenda, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and 2-4 T of milk. Melt one bag chocolate chips and add. Spread over top. (This proved to be too much chocolate, so I only used 1/2, and I figured only 7 oz into this recipe).
