Peanut Butter Bars - in 11x17 pan. Yields a little over 20 3x3 inch servings. Frosting included in recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Bars

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar, brown
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 cups sugar, powdered
1/2 cup milk, skim
4 tbl cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Bars

  1. Combine down to oats. Spread in large cookie sheet. 11x17x1

  2. Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 min.

  3. Spread 1 cup peanut butter on hot cookies.

  4. Cool.

  5. Make frosting with remaining ingredients and frost.
