Delicous, but definitely not diet food!

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Bars

2 cups peanut butter
1 cup butter
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups chocolate chips
1/3 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Bars

  1. Melt peanut butter and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Spread into a 11x15 jelly roll pan.

  3. Chill in fridge while preparing chocolate mixture.

  4. Place chocolate chips and milk in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture is completely combined. While still warm spread evenly over peanut butter mixture. Chill until firm. Cut into 1x1 squares.

  5. These can be individually wrapped in plastic and frozen. Simply pull one out and allow it to thaw at room temperature for a bit.
