Family Favorite Cut into 3x3 squares when using 18x13x1 jelly roll pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Bars

2 cups sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
8 ounce Hershey Chocolate bar
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Bars

  1. Beat sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs well for about 4-5 mins. (You?re incorporating air into batter.)

  2. Add flour and milk alternately to above mixture beginning and ending with flour.

  3. Spread in a greased and floured jelly roll pan.

  4. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. or until golden brown. Let cool 5 mins.

  5. Spread peanut butter over top and let cool.

  6. After cooled melt chocolate with oil and spread on top.
