Breakfast or dessert "banana split" w/ Peanut Butter. Adapted from Biggest Loser cookbook.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Banana Split (Breakfast)

1 tbsp peanut butter
1 small banana
6 oz yogurt
1/2 oz Ezekiel Original cereal

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Banana Split (Breakfast)

  1. Split banana in half lengthwise.

  2. Spread peanut butter on each half of the banana.

  3. Cover with Boston Creme yogurt (artificially sweetened & fat free).

  4. Sprinkle with Ezekiel original cereal, Grape Nuts, or Fiber One for some crunch.
