1 1/2 cups uncooked oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 large ripe banana (or 1 small)
1 cups fat free milk
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons tahini
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

  1. grind the oats. Mix in baking powder and cinnamon.

  2. mash banana add milk, peanut butter and tahini and vanilla
