1 1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 large egg
1 large banana
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut butter banana oatmeal squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread mixture evenly into an 8x8 slightly greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool

  2. And cut into six squares.
