1.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
8 tbsp Peanut Butter Creamy Whipped
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Squares

  1. 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats

  2. 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. 1/2 cup milk

  8. 1 large egg, lightly beaten

  9. 1 large mashed banana

  10. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  11. Mix together the quick cooking oats, light brown sugar, baking powder, kosher salt and ground cinnamon.

  12. Add in the vanilla extract, milk and egg. Mix the ingredients together.

  13. Then add in the mashed banana and peanut butter. Combine all of the ingredients.

  14. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8 by 8 inch metal baking pan. Bake at 350 F degrees for 20 minutes.

  15. Cut into squares and enjoy!
