Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter-Banana Oatmeal

1 c oatmeal, old fashioned
2 c water
1 pinch of salt
2 T peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
1/3 c milk
1/2 t unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter-Banana Oatmeal

  1. Combine oatmeal, water, and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.

  2. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add, the peanut butter, banana, milk, and butter, and mix gently.

  3. Cook for another minute, and serve.
