Recipe Ingredients for Peanut butter banana oatmeal quinoa cookies

1/2 cup Quinoa
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 packets Stevia
3 tablespoons Becel 64% margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 small mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons Peanut Butter Light Smooth
1 egg
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats

Recipe Directions for Peanut butter banana oatmeal quinoa cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in med bowl

  3. Cream margarine and brown sugar in large bowl

  4. Mix in remaining wet ingredients

  5. Mix in dry ingredients.

  6. Mix in oatmeal

  7. Drop tablespoon sized ball on cookie sheet

  8. Bake for 10 minutes
