Recipe Ingredients for peanut butter and banana muffins

1 nonstick cooking spray
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup cooked carrots
1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 large egg white
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

puree carrots and banana, add all ingredients together, wet first and then dry baked for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees
