Inspired by a photo on thisiswhyyourefat.com. I DID NOT commercially deep fry mine or include whatever other scary fatty items that are hiding in that 5lb breakfast. This makes one French toast sandwich that I shared with my husband.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Banana French Toast - ONLY 4 Weight Watchers Points!

52 g white bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 small banana
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp 1% milk
1/8 tsp powdered sugar
4 tbsp sugar-free syrup

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Banana French Toast - ONLY 4 Weight Watchers Points!

Assemble peanut butter and banana sandwich, dip in egg/milk/vanilla mixture, cook as normal. Serve topped with powdered sugar and sugar-free syrup.
