Recipe Ingredients for Peanut butter Banana Cupcakes

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 medium (3") Apples
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.75 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Butter
0.34 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 large(50 g) Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Peanut Butter Crunchy

Recipe Directions for Peanut butter Banana Cupcakes

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt with a wire whisk. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add egg, bananas, apples, and peanut butter, and beat at medium speed until thick. Scrape down sides of the bowl. Add flour to mixture, then blend at low speed until combined. Do not over mix. Pour batter into muffin tin. Back on the center rack for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.
