Gluten free if using white rice flour. Based on 24 muffins in a batch.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Banana and Chocolate Chip muffins

3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 3/4 cups white flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Banana and Chocolate Chip muffins

  1. Preheat overn to 350

  2. Mix first four ingredients in food processor

  3. Blend for one minute

  4. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

  5. When thoroughly mixed, add to food processor along with milk and butter. blend well.

  6. Add chocolate chips.

  7. Ladle batter into muffin tins and bake for 12 minutes or until firm
