Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Banana Bread

8 oz. banana (mashed)
4 oz. pumpkin puree
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar (I used half brown and half white)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup flaxseed
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. peanuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix first five ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed.

  3. Add sugar and beat until blended.

  4. In a separate bowl combine flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allpsice.

  5. Add flour mixture to banana mixture, beat until just blended-do not overbeat!

  6. Stir in nuts.

  7. Pour batter into a 9x5 inch loaf pan coated with spray.

  8. Bake at 350 for 65-75 mins or until wooden pick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean.

  9. Cool for 10 min on a rack and then remove from pan.
