Gluten free, yummy baked oatmeal.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.25 cup Applesauce - Unsweetened
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter Spread
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Pour into a mini loaf pan, or 1 cup ramekin. If you want oatmeal to pop out like a cake, spray ramekin before pouring in.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes until firm to touch.
