Deliciously sweet and crunchy vegan breakfast treat

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

2 serving Old Fashioned Oats
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 serving Unsweetened Apple Sauce
4 tbsp Natural Super Chunk
0.5 cup Pure Almond Original

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 380-degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients, except brown sugar, together thoroughly into medium-sized bowl.

  3. Transfer mixture to oiled loaf pan. Top with brown sugar.

  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes until firm.

  5. Broil for 3-5 minutes to form nice crust, if desired.

  6. Allow to cool before eating.
