This recipe is yummy and filling! I like using natural peanut butter because it doesn't have extra saturated fats. I eat it every morning and it keeps me satisfied until lunchtime.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Apple Oatmeal

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup water
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1 dash of cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Apple Oatmeal

  1. Cook oats in water on medium heat.

  2. Once cooked, set temp to low and put in peanut butter. Stir until melted and mixed throughout.

  3. Stir in cinnamon and milk then fold in apples.

  4. Put in a bowl and turn off stove before enjoying! ;p
